Disburse salaries via bank transfer and issue payslips.
File monthly returns for TDS, PF, ESI as required.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Prepare annual budgets in consultation with department heads.
Allocate budgets per department/project.
Monitor actual vs. budget variances and report exceptions.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
File returns for:
GST (monthly/quarterly)
TDS
Income Tax
Professional Tax
Maintain up-to-date statutory registers.
Coordinate with CA/consultants for statutory audits and tax filings
Financial Reporting Monthly:
Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet,
Cash Flow, Bank Reconciliation.
Annually: Final accounts and audit preparation.
Audit & Internal Control
Maintain document trails for all financial transactions.
Conduct internal audits quarterly.
Support external auditors with timely data.
Enforce segregation of duties to prevent fraud.
