About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, bookkeeping, payments, internal audits, TDS and GST compliance. Experience in handling branch accounting

is preferred. We are looking for someone with excellent reasoning abilities, an analytical mindset, ability to manage time sensitive tasks and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily financial transactions, payment processing accurately.
  • Serve as primary liaison for day to day banking activities and resolve operational banking needs.
  • Card Management : Oversee and reconcile all the credit/debit card transactions including managing limits, usage tracking, ensure proper documentation.
  • Record and perform daily reconciliation of funds.
  • Manage end-to-end processing of monthly payroll for employees and contractors including statutory compliance associated with it.
  • Audit and process all employee and founder reimbursements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of all statutory tax payments like TDS, GST, PF, ESI, PT.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing documentation, clarification and any other support on need basis.
  • Ensure to maintain financial integrity and accuracy and maintain a proactive approach to supporting the team.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and reports to superiors to support decision-making.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support business operations and ensure financial alignment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance with strong academic background.
  • Candidates who have partly completed CA will be preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, payments, payroll, tax compliances, preferably in a multi-branch setup.
  • Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards and financial reporting.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to be available for any time sensitive matters.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (i.e. Tally) and MS Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in a small/mid CA firm is preferred.
  • Exposure to digital accounting tools and automation.
