Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily accounting functions including general ledger, patient billing, vendor payments, and payroll. Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of patient dues and insurance payments. Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for hospital management. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards. Coordinate with insurance companies, auditors, and government health agencies. Manage the hospital's budgeting and forecasting processes. Monitor and control departmental expenditures to stay within approved budgets. Train and supervise accounts department staff and evaluate their performance. Recommend and implement process improvements for financial efficiency. Assist in pricing and cost analysis for medical services and procedures. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Royapettah, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
