Job Description

Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture long-term client relationships. Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts. Account Growth & Sales Strategy: Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts; develop and execute account-specific strategies to meet sales targets. Issue Resolution & Advocacy: Serve as a client advocate by addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and collaborating with internal teams to find solutions. Account Planning & Forecasting: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and forecast account performance. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs—such as retention rate, revenue growth, churn, and client satisfaction—and provide regular status report.
