Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations.
Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Handle monthly statutory compliance including TDS, GST, PF, and other regulatory filings.
Prepare and finalize accounts, MIS reports, and financial statements.
Ensure accurate cost centre and inventory accounting.
Reconcile accounts and maintain internal controls.
Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for audit and compliance.
Maintain and optimize accounting workflows using Zoho Books and Tally Prime.
Efficiently use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
