a) Assist the plant operator to operate the plant on production. b) Communicate with other sections of the plant as and when necessary. c) Stop the plant /machinery during emergencies, breakdown, and shutdowns and communicate with other sections as and when necessary, communicate with supervisors/operator and prepare Document of Complaints (DOC). d) Arrange the supply of water for use and hexane as and when necessary. e) Never leave the plant running unattended by a qualified person, at all times there should be an authorized person monitoring the plant. f) Help to ensure good housekeeping is practiced and maintained all the times. g) Make sure no entry of unauthorized personnel, cell phones, matches and any use of unsanctioned metal tools. h) Write a production report on a daily basis, monthly and ad-hoc. i) Inform Critical Control Point (CCP) and record hourly. j) Identify areas that require maintenance, conduct dry run to ensure plant is running well before production. k) Work in liaison with the maintenance team following up and testing serviced equipment before production run. l) Your shift reports must be handed over & submitted before the end of the shift. Otherwise, attendance of the day will be lost. m) Adhere to all environmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliances with legal regulations. You will have to upkeep the company and its premises neat and tidy. n) For requirement of co-ordination from other departmental heads, should inform the security office, their department will follow up the other procedures & policies. And also need to get permission from securities department to visit other departments. Strictly prohibit the non-work-related/without permission visit to other departments on duty time. o) You may, during the course of your employment, be given any assignment arising out of the company’s business that the company, in its subjective judgment feels is suited to your background, qualifications and/or experience. Reviews financial reports and advises corrective action accordingly. Maintains an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents. e) Collects and analyses data to prepare financial forecasts and suggest strategies to address challenges and leverage strengths. Recommending financial actions by analysing accounting options. f) Analyses revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets to optimize profitability and transparency. Organise all routine registers; manage the budget and carry out analysis on all financial data.
