Monday to Saturday (Saturday upto 4 PM)

Job Objective:

1. To ensure smooth transaction, transparent and well organised accounts system in the organisation and address queries of different stake holders, comply with all necessary formalities relates to company accounts.

2. To remain responsible for balance sheet, vendors accounts, payables and receivables, profit and loss account. Ensure smooth and well organised accounts process and systems in place.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounts department

a. Month and Year end reports

b. Prepare Profit and Loss Statement

c. Prepare Balance Sheet

d. Account Payable and Receivable

e. Cash Receipts

f. General Ledger

g. Payroll and utilities

h. Treasury, Budgeting

i. Cash forecasting

j. Revenue and Expenditure variance analysis

k. Capital Asset reconciliation

l. Trust account statement reconciliation

m. Fixed asset activity

2. Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce financial reports and statements

3. Maintaining accounting compliance

4. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles

5. Coordinate and complete internal and external audit

6. Provide recommendation

7. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

8. Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy

9. Meet financial accounting objectives

10. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
