Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the general ledger by preparing monthly journal entries, performing reconciliations, and ensuring accuracy in the financial data.
• Process and manage invoices, payments, and collections. Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and manage the accounts receivable function.
• Reconcile bank statements by comparing statements with the general ledger.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements and you will directly Report to CFO
• Hands on expense in TDS, GST Filing.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits and assist with preparing audit schedules.
• Monitor company expenses and ensure they are within budget. Approve and process employee expense claims.
• Manage fixed assets by recording the acquisition, disposal, and depreciation of assets.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting
• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting Field
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel & Tally Software is must
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
