Job Location: Megatherm Building, SecV, Salt Lake.
Job Timings - 6:00 AM 3:00 PM ( Full Time )
Salary – 20000-35000/-
Job Description:
We are looking for an Accountant responsible for managing ESIC/PF return filing, payroll management, TDS filling, MIS, Accounts Payable, Book Keeping, Management Report and Cost Analysis.
Responsibilities
1. Manage all accounting transactions2. ESIC/PF and TDS return filling3. Payroll management4. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings5. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable6. Ensure timely bank payments7. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns8. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements9. GST Reconciliation and GST Return preparation and submission with GST portal10.TDS Return preparation and TDS Return submission11. Professional TAX Return preparation and submission12. ESI and PF related all work and monthly return submission13. Yearly Statutory Audit & ROC work co-operated with Auditor14. Other Statutory work like Labour license, Trade License related all work15. All Accounts related to all work (Monthly MIS, Bank loan projection, and various types of work handling).
Skills And Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of work experience as an Accountant.
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) .Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
