Job Title: Accounts Executive (Fresher)

Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive (Fresher) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, a good grasp of MS Excel, and a keen interest in building a career in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping activities.
• Record and maintain financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP).
• Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, bills, and receipts.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Assist in reconciliation of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Help prepare financial reports and summaries as required by management.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Coordinate with internal departments for expense tracking and verification.
• Support audit processes by providing necessary data and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Internship or project experience in accounting or finance.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic tax compliance.
