Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage financial operations, including accounting, invoicing, reconciliations, and compliance. The role also involves collaborating with shipping and operations teams to ensure accurate billing and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting entries (AP/AR, invoices, receipts, payments).
Prepare invoices, receipts, payments, and expense statements.
Maintain ledgers, reconcile bank statements, and ensure accurate financial records.
Assist in month-end closing, GST/TDS filings, and financial reporting.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for account-related queries.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounting or similar role; experience in shipping/logistics is an advantage..
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP) and MS Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation basics.
Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
