Role Overview The Accounts Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting the finance team in monthly closing, audits, and reporting. Key Responsibilities 1. Daily Accounting Activities Record all purchase, sales, journal, and expense entries in accounting software (Tally / ERP / SAP). Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy of all transactions. Handle cash & bank entries, bank reconciliation, and petty cash management. 2. Accounts Payable (AP) Verify purchase bills, vendor invoices, GRN, and supporting documents. Process vendor payments and maintain payable aging.
