Job Description:

Handle end-to-end accounting including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation, and ledger maintenance
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), TDS returns, and compliance
Prepare and file TDS challans, maintain TDS liability records, and ensure timely deposits
Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable and payable, including follow-ups and part-payment adjustments
Ensure proper documentation and accounting of sales invoices, purchase bills, credit/debit notes, and journal entries
Handle cash vouchers, expense vouchers, and general voucher entries accurately
Prepare monthly stock statements and coordinate with the bank for submission
Coordinate and liaise with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and internal teams for audits and legal compliance
Monitor compliance with regulatory changes, and ensure internal processes are updated accordingly
Provide monthly MIS reports to management with analysis of expenses, revenues, and profit trends
Manage and maintain proper filing of records for audit and internal control
Take full responsibility and accountability for the financial health and compliance of the business
