Chief Chemist

Key Requirements:
  • M.Sc. in Chemistry is mandatory.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Fertilizer / Agrochemical industry.
  • Strong expertise in

    fertilizer chemistry, water-soluble formulations, and micronutrients

    .
  • Experience with

    plant-scale chemical reactions and effluent management

    preferred.
  • Knowledge of

    GMP, ISO standards, and local agricultural regulations

    .
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
