About The Role

As an Account Executive, you will help customers succeed with the company’s AI-powered people-intelligence platform. You’ll nurture strong post-purchase relationships, ensure clients fully leverage key features, and drive measurable business impact. Your mission is to deliver a seamless experience that turns satisfied customers into loyal, long-term partners.Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding & Training: Lead smooth customer onboarding and deliver engaging product-training sessions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact, providing tailored support for post-purchase needs.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Conduct proactive check-ins, address challenges promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Retention & Loyalty: Demonstrate ongoing value, mitigate concerns, and drive renewals.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot issues, collaborating with internal teams for swift resolution.
  • Maximize Platform Utilization: Guide clients through advanced features and share best practices for ROI.
  • Drive Renewals & Upsells: Spot upsell opportunities and align evolving needs with the platform’s offerings.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect actionable feedback and partner with product teams to enhance user experience.
  • Trusted Advisor: Position yourself as a strategic partner who helps clients achieve business goals.
What You’ll Need ?
  • ~2 years’ experience in customer success, account management, or another client-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Capacity to juggle multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or HR-tech tools (nice to have, not mandatory).
  • Passion for driving customer success, retention, and loyalty.
Bonus Points For
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge of customer-success metrics (NRR, CSAT, Health Scores).
  • Prior sales or relationship-management background.
