Job Description

Job Summary: The Accounts Taxation Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, handling GST, TDS, and income tax-related work, and supporting audits and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Taxation: Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) Filing TDS returns and reconciliation Assist in income tax computation and return filing Coordinate with auditors and consultants for tax assessments and notices Handle vendor/customer GST queries and reconciliations Maintain records for input tax credit (ITC) and proper documentation Accounting: Day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime (sales, purchase, payments, receipts, journals) Preparation of monthly reports like P&L, balance sheet, and tax liability summary Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all financial transactions Bank reconciliation, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliation Audit Support: Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits by preparing required documents Rectify discrepancies and implement audit recommendations Requirements: Education: B.Com Experience: 2–5 years in accounting and taxation Skills: Good knowledge of Tally Prime Proficiency in MS Excel Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax Ability to work independently and handle multiple deadlines
