Job Title: Accounts Executive (Male)

Location: Bhandup, Mumbai
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations in Tally, including invoice processing, reconciliation, and GST-related entries. The role requires maintaining accurate financial records, supporting sales and purchase documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between accounts and internal departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP.
• Punch Sales Invoices, Debit Notes, and Credit Notes accurately.
• Perform GST-related accounting and ensure timely compliance.
• Prepare and maintain Excel reconciliations for accounts, vendors, and ledgers.
• Manage Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), and Inventory Reconciliation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth accounting operations.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, reconciliation).
• Basic understanding of GST and taxation processes.
• Attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance preferred.
