Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a strong foundation in accounting.

Responsibilities

• Enter financial transactions accurately into accounting software.
• Maintain and update accounting records, including invoices, receipts, and related documents.
• Assist in handling accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly bank statements.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers when required.
• Support journal entry posting, bank reconciliation, and other routine accounting tasks.
• Organize and maintain documentation for all financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports.
• Identify discrepancies in financial data and report them to senior accountants.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience (freshers with strong accounting knowledge are welcome).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Familiarity with Tally or similar accounting software.
• Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.
• High attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
