Accounts Executive (Male)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and support general administrative activities.

Position: Accounts Executive (Male)

Location : Chennai

Shift Timing : 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts:

· Maintain day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments)

· Handle invoice preparation, vendor payments, and expense tracking

· Manage petty cash and bank transactions

· Prepare monthly reports like P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow

· Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for filings (GST, TDS, IT)

· Maintain records of accounts receivable/payable

Admin:

· Oversee office supplies and facility management

· Maintain employee attendance and leave records

· Handle employee documentation and coordinate with HR if needed

· Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlords

Required Skills:

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Tally/Excel

· Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other compliance

· Strong organizational and administrative skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· Ability to multitask and work independently

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
