Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and knowledge of GST & TDS, handling accounts receivable and payable, preparing monthly journals, and booking invoices.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and post monthly journals for accurate financial record-keeping.
Handle accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely payments.
Perform bank reconciliation to maintain financial accuracy.
Control accounts payable and receivable to minimize losses.
Manage invoice bookings and other accounting tasks.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GST & TDS.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
