Accounts Executive (Male)

Job Description: As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your role will require a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and SAP. In addition, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Managing financial transactions and preparing financial reports - Ensuring compliance with financial regulations - Utilizing accounting software such as Tally and SAP - Conducting data management and utilizing Barcoding software - Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all financial activities - Communicating effectively with team members and external stakeholders - Multitasking and meeting deadlines effectively Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field - Proven experience (1-2 years) as an Accounts Executive or similar role - Knowledge of financial reporting, accounting software, and EDP systems - Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP), Barcoding software, and data management systems - Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines - Good communication and interpersonal skills Additional Company Details: - Work Location: In person - Ernakulam Preferred - Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Note: Health insurance and Provident Fund benefits are provided, and proficiency in English is preferred for this role.,
