Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

About the Role

Adaan Digital Solutions is looking for a junior–mid level Accounts Executive (2–4 years experience) who combines strong accounting fundamentals with a passion for technology. You’ll be part of our finance team reporting to the Accounts Manager, ensuring complete accuracy in statutory filings, bookkeeping, and MIS reporting — while driving automation and efficiency across finance workflows using Excel VBA, Power Query, Power BI, and AI tools like ChatGPT.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely bookkeeping and ledgers in Tally.
• Ensure error-free statutory filings (GST, ESI, PF, TDS, etc.) within due dates.
• Lead and coordinate the MIS reporting team for management dashboards.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and financial statements.
• Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel automation (VBA, Power Query).
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for financial data validation, invoicing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Accounts Manager to improve internal financial processes.
• Support internal audits and compliance documentation.

Key Outcomes / KPIs

• 100% timely and error-free statutory filings.
• Accurate and consistent monthly reconciliations and MIS reports.
• Automation of at least 1–2 finance workflows per month.
• Improved data visibility and efficiency across finance operations.

Skills & Tools

• Tally (expert-level proficiency).
• Power BI, Excel VBA, Power Query – must be hands-on.
• Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• AI tools (ChatGPT, data automation assistants).
• Working knowledge of Python or interest in learning automation scripting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,346.66 - ₹40,000.00 per month
