We are seeking a skilled Accounts Executive to manage and oversee the daily operations of our accounts department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, as well as experience with Tally Prime.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Manage and reconcile bank statements
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations
Liaise with auditors and tax consultants
Assist with budgeting and forecasting, all accounting tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
2+ years of experience in accounting or financial management
Strong knowledge of financial software applications ( Tally prime)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of local, state, and federal financial regulations
Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
