Job Description

We are Hiring "Accounts Executive"

Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 3+Years
Salary : Up to 4.0LPA
Skills: Zoho Books, MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.). GST and other tax compliances
Shift: 5 Days Working
Location : Banjara Hills

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts using ZOHO Books.
Prepare, file, and manage GST returns and other statutory compliance requirements.
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and auditors.
Handle payment processing, vendor payments, and receivables follow-ups.
Manage and track Purchase Orders (PO) and Proforma Invoices (PI).
Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS, and other documentation as needed.

Key Skills:

Proficiency in ZOHO Books.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).
Good understanding of GST and other tax compliances.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹33,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Night shift
Rotational shift
