Job Title: Accounts Executive / Intern
Location: Hospedia Medicare, Plot No. 204, Udyog Vihar – Industrial area Phase – VI, Sector 37, Gurugram, Haryana - 122001
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 05:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Intern with hands-on experience in Tally Prime, and a good understanding of GST and Excel. The role involves managing daily accounting entries related to sales, purchases, and banking transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain daily sales, purchase, and bank entries in Tally Prime
• Prepare and reconcile GST reports and returns
• Assist with bank reconciliations, invoicing, and financial record-keeping
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for financial tracking and reporting
• Support the finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Tally Prime for accounting tasks
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, basic reports, spreadsheets)
• Understanding of GST rules, return filing, and compliance
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience or internship in accounting.
• Freshers are also welcome
