Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accounts cum Store Executive. The role is based in Surat with some work-from-home flexibility. The Accounts cum Store Executive will manage daily accounting tasks, prepare invoices, record and reconcile financial transactions, manage inventory, ensure proper stock levels, and handle customer service queries. They will also assist with sales activities and maintain organized records of store transactions.

• This is a combined role of Accounting, office Administration and Store Executive
• Minimum experience of 5 years+ is required in Accounting and Office Administration work
• Needs to maintain MIS Data, Sales Invoices, Professional tax reports, payments like electricity bills, rent etc
• Handle Petty Cash Book
• Communication with HO Team, stores for goods and stock related
• Should know how to maintain GRN, Purchase order, Dispatch, and E-Way bills, etc
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Educational background in Commerce
• Proficiency in handling financial transactions and inventory management
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools is a plus
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
