Accounts Credit Control - Job Description :- An Accounts Credit Control JD- focuses on managing a company's accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments from customers, and maintaining healthy cash flow. Key responsibilities include evaluating credit applications, invoicing customers, reconciling accounts, chasing overdue debts through communication, managing payment plans, and preparing financial reports on debtor performance. The role requires strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills to maintain positive customer relationships while minimizing bad debts.  Key Responsibilities ·        Credit Assessment: Evaluate new credit requests and conduct credit checks to assess customer creditworthiness.  ·        Invoicing & Payments: Process, send, and manage customer invoices and statements, ensuring timely payment.  ·        Debt Collection: Chase overdue payments from customers via phone, email, and letter, and manage debt recovery efforts.  ·        Payment Plans: Negotiate payment plans and set terms and conditions for clients to manage outstanding debts.  ·        Query Resolution: Respond to and resolve customer queries, disputes, and billing issues related to accounts.  ·        Account Reconciliation: Reconcile complex accounts and maintain accurate customer and debtor records.  ·        Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports on aged debt, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and overall debt collection performance.  ·        Liaison: Collaborate with internal departments like Sales and Finance, and external parties like solicitors or debt collection agencies when necessary.  ·        Policy Implementation: Help develop and implement credit control policies and procedures to ensure timely payments and reduce bad debts.
