Accounts Associate

Primary Job Functions

• Process daily business transactions across various areas, including sales, purchases, payroll, and other client-specific departments, for single or multiple clients.
• Reconcile accounts such as sundry debtors, creditors, and bank accounts, ensuring accurate payment follow-ups and record maintenance.

Secondary Job Functions

• Support Analysts by assisting in data analysis and helping to review processed transactions for accuracy and compliance with protocols.
• Participate in internal initiatives such as continuous improvement efforts, organizational activities, and professional development sessions.
• Engage in knowledge sharing through team meetings and contribute to process improvements by suggesting and implementing more efficient ways of working.

Required Qualifications

• M.Com./MBA (Master of Commerce) – preferred
• CA Inter (Chartered Accountant - Intermediate level) – preferred
• B.Com - but with experience and no future studies plan for 2 years - applicable for any qualification that the candidate may have.
