Accounts Associate

Company Description

We are a hotel representation and marketing consultancy firm based in Ahmedabad. Synergy Hotels & Resorts represents top-notch hotels and resorts across the length and breadth of the country and promotes them extensively through trade shows and events, and explores untapped marketing mediums and avenues.

Role Description

• Financial transactions management: Document financial transactions, including invoicing, credit management, accounts clearing, and collections.
• Taxation & compliance: Manage and document monthly tax filings (e.g., GST) in line with regulations. Ensure timely completion of tax obligations.
• Payment processing: Verify payment documentation and request disbursements. Ensure proper approvals and accuracy before processing payments.
• Coordinate with clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables
• Account reconciliation: Reconcile discrepancies in financial records by identifying and resolving issues.
• Confidentiality & security: Maintain confidentiality of financial data and protect the company's financial information.
• Team contribution: Collaborate with the team to meet company objectives and contribute to achieving key results.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.
• Experience with accounting software and tools, such as Tally & MS- Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to financial data.
• Knowledge of tax compliance, auditing standards, and applicable regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and manage deadlines effectively.
• Bachelor's degree

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
