Accounts Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented accounts associate who can handle Project Reports, Food License work, Accounting, Income Tax & GST compliance efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Report & Licenses
Prepare Project Reports for bank loans, startups & business registrationsHandle Food License (FSSAI) registration, renewal & modificationsCoordinate with clients for required documents related to licenses & reports

2. Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain basic accounting records (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Bank entries)

Assist in finalization of accounts for individuals & small businesses

Maintain proper documentation and digital records

3. Income Tax (ITR) Work
Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, proprietors & small businessesEnsure timely filing and compliance with income tax deadlinesCoordinate with clients for income-related documents

4. GST Compliance

Handle GST Registration (New, Amendment, Cancellation)

Prepare and file GST Returns – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B

Perform GST Reconciliation (Books vs GSTR-2B vs GSTR-1)

Respond to GST notices, mismatches & portal-related issues

Maintain proper GST compliance records

5. Client Coordination & Compliance

Follow-up with clients for documents & queries

Ensure timely compliance with GST & Income Tax laws

Stay updated with changes in GST & Income Tax rules

Required Skills & Knowledge -

Basic understanding of Accounting & Bookkeeping

Experience with GST Portal & Income Tax Portal

Ability to work independently & meet deadlines

Good communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualification

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent

1–3 years of experience (Freshers with practical knowledge may also apply)
