Field Sales Associate

We are looking for a result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our accounting firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting businesses, shops, and offices to pitch our financial services, including GST Registration, GST Returns, and ITR Filing, and closing the sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and visit potential B2B clients (traders, manufacturers, startups, and small business owners).
• Service Presentation: Explain the importance of GST compliance, ITR filing, and other accounting services to business owners.
• Sales Closing: Handle objections and convert prospective leads into active clients.
• Relationship Management: Maintain good relations with existing clients for referrals and renewals.
• Reporting: Maintain a daily report of field visits and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in Commerce (b.com) preferred but not mandatory if you have good sales skills.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Field Sales (Experience in selling financial products, insurance, or software is a plus).
• Skills: Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi & basic English.
• Vehicle: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for field visits.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of GST and Income Tax is an advantage.
