Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Auto-Indenting & Inventory Coordination Generate daily auto-indents in coordination with kitchen usage data. Track stock levels and raise indents based on consumption and par levels. Ensure accurate item mapping, units, and category classification in software. Follow up with Purchase/Store for indent processing and delivery timelines. Accounting Support Record indent entries and related transactions in Tally ERP. Assist with invoice matching, ledger entries, and voucher posting. Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready files. Support in generating periodic reports (indent summaries, usage reports, variance reports). Department Coordination Liaise between Kitchen and Accounts for real-time updates on stock usage and requirements. Communicate with the Store and Purchase departments for follow-ups. Resolve data discrepancies and support smooth workflow between teams.
