Job Description

An Account Executive's job is to act as the primary liaison between a company and its clients, focusing on building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction to meet revenue targets. Key responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, understanding their needs, creating tailored solutions, negotiating deals, presenting proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client retention. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition:Actively seeking new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and presenting the company's products or services.
  • Client Relationship Management:Developing and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:Identifying client needs and goals, developing appropriate solutions, and closing sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiation:Negotiating contract terms, pricing, and other deal specifics with clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Working closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and effective project execution.
  • Reporting & Analysis:Tracking sales performance, analyzing trends, and providing data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies.
  • Client Advocacy:Serving as the client's representative within the company, ensuring their concerns are addressed and needs are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and client interaction.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to identify opportunities, present solutions, and close deals.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Staying informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with various internal departments.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client challenges and propose effective solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
