We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced staff to join our firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date accounts for our clients, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and filing GST returns in compliance with the latest regulations. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation laws, and have hands-on experience in managing GST-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: Client Account Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple clients. Perform regular reconciliations of accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly. Prepare financial statements, reports, and other documents as required by clients. GST Filing & Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns for clients in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure compliance with the latest GST regulations and amendments. Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to GST filings. Liaise with tax authorities on behalf of clients, if required. Audit & Taxation Support: Assist in preparing for and conducting audits for clients. Provide support in income tax filings and other tax-related matters. Stay updated with the latest changes in tax laws and accounting standards. Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to understand their financial needs and address their queries. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency. Implement best practices in accounting and tax filing to improve service delivery.
