Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and examine financial records, reports, and statements.
Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Handle TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) calculations, timely payments, and return filings as per statutory requirements.
File tax returns and assist with audits and financial reviews.
Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting and cost control.
Maintain documentation and financial records in accordance with company policies.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience (1+ years preferred) in accounting or a similar role
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
CPA or equivalent certification is a plus (not mandatory unless specified)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
