Job Title: Accounts Assistant Company: Annapoorna Mithai Location: 12/2, Ram Nagar, Bypass Road, Near Aparna Tower, Madurai, Tamil Nadu – 625010 Employment Type: Full-time Age Limit: 30 to 35 years About Annapoorna Mithai: Annapoorna Mithai is a reputed sweets and snacks store in Madurai, known for delivering traditional flavors with uncompromising quality. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities: Record daily sales transactions (cash, UPI, card) and reconcile with bank statements Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP or similar accounting software Process and track supplier invoices and coordinate vendor payments Assist in monthly stock audits and inventory records Manage petty cash and maintain proper expense documentation Support payroll preparation and staff attendance tracking Assist with GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance Generate and maintain basic financial reports for management review Ensure proper filing and documentation of all financial records Coordinate with suppliers and staff on accounts-related matters Candidate Requirements: B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or related field 2 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in a food or retail environment) Age between 30 to 35 years Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles Knowledge of GST, TDS, and general taxation is preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Fluency in Tamil; basic English is helpful Honest, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information What We Offer: A supportive and respectful work environment Opportunity to work with a well-known and growing local brand Staff discounts on sweets and snacks Potential for long-term career growth Job Type: Permanent Benefits: Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 22/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 23/06/2025
