Accounts and Finance Manager

TPRG Fragrances Pvt Ltd. is looking for an Accounts and Finance Manager to oversee the financial aspects of the company. This full-time position is based in Tiruchirappalli and requires a candidate with a solid financial background and strong analytical skills. As the Accounts and Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial health of the company, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. You will need to ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations such as GST, TDS, and income tax. Coordinating with external auditors and consultants for audits and assessments will also be part of your role. Monitoring cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance will be critical to the success of the company. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a preference for a CA/ICWA or Masters degree. A minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, especially in the manufacturing or FMCG sector, is required. Strong knowledge of Indian financial regulations and accounting standards is essential. Proficiency in accounting software like Tally or ERP systems is also necessary. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills will be beneficial in leading and managing the finance team effectively.
