Accounts and Finance Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Finance professional to manage the end-to-end accounting, finance, budgeting, and banking operations of the Group including co-ordination with investee companies. The role will cover handling day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring compliance, maintaining banking relationships, preparing budgets, and generating MIS reports for management and partners.Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Bookkeepingo Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards.o Prepare, review, and reconcile monthly financial statements and ledgers.o Manage accounts receivable and payable, vendor invoices, and reconciliation.Banking & Transactionso Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.o Handle day-to-day banking operations, fund transfers, and payments.o Oversee and monitor all financial transactions of the Group and investee companies.o Ensure timely processing of partner payouts and vendor payments.Finance Operations, MIS & Budgetingo Prepare and present monthly MIS reports for the Group and investee companies.o Consolidate and analyze financial data to support business decisions.o Prepare, monitor, and control budgets; track variances against actuals.o Monitor cash flow, working capital, and forecasts.Payroll & Complianceo Manage salary processing, reimbursements, and related statutory compliances.o Ensure timely TDS, GST, and other statutory payments and filings.Relationship Managemento Maintain effective relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.o Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies when required.
