Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Salesperson to join our team in Wealth products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, fostering client relationships, and expanding our market presence in this sector. Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Management: Identify and onboard new clients through lead generation and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Sales & Revenue Generation: Promote and sell wealth products, including Mutual funds, Insurance (Life Insurance, General Insurance, Loan (Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan), Bond, AIF and PMS. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of wealth management products and services offered by the company. Stay updated on market trends and product changes to provide accurate information to clients. Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and recommend suitable investment options based on their financial goals. Provide after-sales service to ensure a seamless customer experience. Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance requirements during sales processes. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new sales opportunities and market developments. Provide feedback to internal teams on market dynamics and customer preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
