Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Administrator located in Thrissur. The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for managing financial records, processing invoices and payments, handling reconciliations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Additional responsibilities include liaising with third-party vendors, monitoring budgets, and supporting the finance department's day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Financial Reporting
• Experience with Budget Management and Financial Reconciliation
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with teams and third-party vendors
• Proficiency in accounting software, MS Office tools, and data analysis
• Ability to work in a structured on-site environment
• Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field
• Experience in industries such as logistics, shipping, or facilities management is a plus
