Role Overview
Seeking a highly motivated Graduate or Post Graduate with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our CA firm in a multi-role position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a mixture of accounting, audit, and taxation assignments, ensuring compliance, financial accuracy, and effective client communication. Strong proficiency in computers and excellent communication skills are key requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting:
Manage accounts, ledger postings, and data entry in Tally, Excel, and other accounting software
Prepare and finalize financial statements as per applicable standards
Assist in bookkeeping, reconciliation, and day-to-day accounting operations
Audit:
Support statutory, tax, and internal audits as per applicable laws and standards
Assist in audit documentation, workpapers, and reporting for varied clients
Ensure compliance with audit processes and internal controls
Taxation:
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns for individuals and entities
Provide assistance in tax computations, returns, and tax planning for clients
Keep updated with relevant tax laws and regulatory changes
Client Interaction:
Communicate effectively with clients to collect information and resolve queries
Provide advisory support as needed
Technology & Compliance:
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all assignments using accounting software and MS Office
Maintain digital records and uphold data confidentiality
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce, preferably with specialization in Accounting, Audit, or Taxation
Experience: 2–3 years of experience, preferably in a CA firm handling multi-disciplinary roles
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Tally, Excel, and other standard accounting/ERP software
Comfortable with online accounting, e-filing, and digital document management
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication
Proficiency in client correspondence and email writing
Other Competencies:
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Team player with a professional approach and problem-solving abilities
