This remote role includes periodic travel to company headquarters for collaboration, planning, and alignment with leadership. The Accounting Manager will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, enhancing processes, and ensuring timely and reliable reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting skills, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively across teams in a global setting. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations and assist in the monthly close process Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting across the organization Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and internal controls Collaborate with regional teams and global leadership on financial reporting and compliance matters Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline accounting workflows Assist with audit-related tasks and ensure adherence to internal and external requirements Help standardize practices across entities or business units Provide accurate and timely information to support financial decision-making Assist with integration activities related to new business initiatives Guide and support junior accounting staff as needed Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline Significant experience in a corporate accounting role, preferably within a dynamic or evolving organization Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial reporting Experience working with ERP or accounting systems Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills Comfortable operating independently in a remote environment Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, functions, and geographies Show more Show less
