Accounting & Finance Manager, Gurgaon

Overall Responsibilities:

Accounting:

Your responsibilities will include managing financial transactions, preparing, and reviewing financial statements, and conducting financial analysis to provide insights for decision-making. You will assist in financial auditing and monitor financial performance, performing regular financial analysis, hence resolving issues.

You will monitor the cash flow of the organization by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments and maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions.

You will Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, invoices, etc, and evaluate them to optimize resources. At the same time, you will monitor transactions, identify irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and payments, credit cards etc.

Your expertise in accounting software like Tally is very much required for maintaining financial data and presenting it to senior management. You should have expertise in handling BRS, TDS, GST & filing returns.

All procurements and price negotiations, managing day-to-day requirements such as Transport, IT services such as Broadband and telephone, accommodation, and hotel bookings.

In this role, you'll also oversee admin responsibilities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate financial results to stakeholders, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. This would vary based on the needs of the company.

As a proactive and detail-oriented professional, you'll contribute to process improvements while managing assets and liabilities of the company and identifying areas for efficiency. Your ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines will be essential in supporting the company's financial objectives and growth.

Who you are:
1. Good verbal and written Business Communication

2. Proficiency in financial software Tally

3. Ability to handle compliance, TDS, GST, filing returns

4. MBA Finance or Inter CA who has completed articleship OR CA

5. Sharp eye for identifying irregularities

6. Excellent project and time management skills

7. Self-motivated and skilled at working independently and in a team structure
