Location:- Vadodara

Experience:- Minimum 2 year

Required Skill:- Accounting experience in the real estate industry

Software:- US/UK accounting software experience required

Accounting Executive


Key Responsibilities


  • Financial Reporting:- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable:- Manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, including timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights to support financial planning.
  • General Ledger Maintenance:- Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Compliance:- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards specific to the real estate industry.
  • Property Management Support:- Collaborate with property management teams to provide financial insights and support for property operations.
  • Software Utilization:- Effectively use US/UK accounting software to manage financial data and generate reports.


Qualifications


  • Education:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience:- Minimum of 2 year of accounting experience in the real estate industry.
  • Software Skills:- Proficiency with US/UK accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage).
  • Analytical Skills:- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate meaningful reports.
  • Attention to Detail:- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of accounting work.
  • Communication Skills:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player:- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
