Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Zoho Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Books and related Zoho Finance applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho's accounting ecosystem and a strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation (GST, TDS), and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting tasks, including invoice creation, payments, reconciliations, and journal entries using Zoho Books.
• Monitor and maintain accounts payable/receivable, banking entries, and ledger accuracy.
• Generate and analyze financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, etc.) from Zoho Books.
• Ensure timely GST/TDS filing and compliance with relevant Indian tax laws.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts through Zoho’s reconciliation module.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure correct allocation of expenses and revenue.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close activities.
• Assist auditors with required financial data during audits.
• Ensure data security, backup, and integrity in Zoho Finance Suite.
• Suggest process improvements and automation using other Zoho tools like Zoho Expense, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho Inventory (if applicable).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred).
• 2–4 years of accounting experience with a strong focus on Zoho Books or Zoho Finance Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting principles, GST, TDS, and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and cloud-based accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and deadline orientation.

Preferred:

• Certification in Zoho Books or prior work experience in a Zoho-integrated business environment.
• Experience with Zoho Inventory, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Expense is an added advantage.
• Exposure to e-commerce or service industry accounting will be beneficial.

Pay: ₹9,679.78 - ₹30,000.00 per month
