Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Maintain financial transaction entries in Tally, should be well versed in Tally. Prepare financial statements: This includes balance sheets, Profit and Loss, Income statements, and cash flow statements. Adhere to accounting standards, tax regulations - GST and TDS, PF, ESI Process payments: Manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payment of invoices. Assist with audits: Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits. Support management with financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making. Required Skills: Tally Attention to detail: Accuracy and precision in financial records and reporting are essential. Proficiency in accounting software Knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate financial information clearly and concisely. Ability to work independently Flexibility to manage tasks independently and collaborate with others. Excel skills: Proficiency in Excel Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field: A strong educational foundation is essential Relevant experience: Previous experience as an Accountant, Auditor, or Financial Analyst is preferred. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
