The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing budget forecasts, handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, reconciling accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely bank payments, and conducting financial analysis to inform strategic planning. The role also involves maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and company policies. Qualifications Proficiency in accounting software BUSY/TALLY and financial reporting Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry Show more Show less
