Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Financial Recordkeeping
Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
Ensure accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
Preparing Financial Statements
Create balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other reports.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Budgeting and Forecasting
Assist in creating budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor actual performance against budgets.
Tax Preparation & Filing
Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with regulations.
Ensure timely payment of taxes and handle tax-related queries.
Audit Support
Prepare documents for internal and external audits.
Assist auditors by providing necessary financial data.

Compliance and Controls

Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
Help develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial data.

Accounts Payable/Receivable

Monitor invoicing, billing, collections, and vendor payments.
Reconcile accounts payable/receivable transactions.

Payroll and Expense Management

Support payroll processing and manage employee reimbursements.
Review and reconcile expense reports.

Analysis and Reporting

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, or potential issues.
Provide insights to management for decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

Performance bonus
