Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Financial Record Maintenance:
Record, classify, and maintain all financial transactions and accounts accurately.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing statements.
Analysis and Interpretation:
Analyze financial data and reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability.
TaxCompliance:
Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations for both the company and individuals.
Auditingand Reconciliation:
Conduct financial audits, reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
Budget and Cost Management:
Monitor spending, manage budgets, and suggest strategies to reduce costs and enhance revenue.
Strategic Financial Advice:
Advise management on financial strategy and provide data-driven insights to support informed business decisions.
Compliance with Regulations:
Ensure all financial practices and records comply with local and international financial laws, regulations, and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

Essential Skills

Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze complex financial data and identify patterns or issues.
Attention to Detail:
Precision in recording transactions and preparing reports to ensure accuracy.
CommunicationSkills:
Ability to explain financial findings and recommendations clearly in written reports and meetings.
Technical Proficiency:
