About the Role:
We are looking for an Accounts Executive who will be responsible for managing the company’s
day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate books of accounts, and ensuring smooth cash flow management. The candidate will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, and
coordination with management for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update books of accounts.
• Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including sales, purchase, expense entries, and
reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Manage company cash flow and ensure timely payments and collections.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for invoice processing and settlements.
• Assist in preparing data for audits and financial reviews.
• Monitor petty cash, bank transactions, and reconciliation.
• Support management in budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain financial discipline and timely record-keeping for all business transactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• Relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in Tally / Excel or similar accounting software.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
